Use of heat lamps that are UNDER 65w or HOTTER than a 150w reptile bulbs on a chameleon purchased from us (Babies bulb watts 65w min – 100w max) (adults 75w min-150 w max) depending on environment, voids all warranties, expressed or implied.
The Lucky Chameleon will ship chameleons Monday - Wednesday that way there are no Chameleons stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Also weather permitting.
The Lucky Chameleon is not responsible and cannot be held liable for mistreatment to the chameleons. As we do not Mistreat our Chameleons or babys and we expect that you would be the same.
Our chameleons are shipped in perforated plastic containers, foam insulated cardboard boxes. Cold / Warm packs when needed are included. Live, healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are above 60F and below 90F, and when the purchaser is present to receive the package at the time of delivery.
We offer a 10 day health guarantee on our chameleons. You must notify us within this time period of any problems or concerns for this guarantee to be upheld. This guarantee is void if the above conditions of receipt are not met. In order for this guarantee to be honored, all claims must be made within our 10 day guarantee period and any Dead on Arrival (DOA) deceased chameleons must be kept for further instructions and verification.
The Lucky Chameleon cannot and will not be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee; those charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of DOA (dead on arrival) the customer must notify The Lucky Chameleon of the DOA within 2 hours of receiving the Chameleon. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received in order for any guarantees to be upheld. Dependent upon OUR inventory, DOA's will be replaced with the same type of Chameleon or a chameleon of equal value (shipping charges to be covered by the customer), If and only if there are no available replacement Chameleons in stock, a full refund will be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable. REFUNDS COULD TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
